Etruscan Revival Coral Cherubs Bracelet carnelian 6ct total calulcated weight)An exceptional antique bracelet fashioned in the Etruscan Revival style. It comprises thirteen oval panels, each set with a carved cherub or putti and each one very slightly different. The cameos are mounted in rich 18 carat gold, adorned with a triple border of cannetille, ropework, and fine openwork. It dates from the 1860s and is almost certainly Italian; the red coral was likely carved in the small costal town of Torre del Greco in the Kingdom of
